#1 – Vigilante Missions

Complete mission [Crime and Punishment](https://mapgenie.io/grand-theft-auto-4/maps/liberty-city?locationIds=151128) to unlock. You will need to access any law enforcement vehicle at any location. When in the driver's seat and not moving, you can access the Police Computer. Open the Current Crimes section to undertake Vigilante missions. At least 20 missions must be completed for the corresponding achievement.
