#1 – Hunter Quarry #1

It is available after completing the main story mission Explosive Situation and you don't have to spend money on it. There are seven mission here (fourth mission was cut in the original Japanese version). Completing these missions is required to complete the game at 100%. After completing last mission property will generate up to 2.000 GTA$ per in-game day, Dozer and Dumper will spawn here, and you will be able to replay these missions with option to abort them any time you want.
