Take-Two Interactive will report its second quarter results for fiscal 2027 after the market close on Monday, November 9, 2026, with a conference call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. The company set the date in a press release on October 13.

The quarter being reported ended on September 30, 2026, seven weeks before GTA 6 goes on sale, so the results themselves cover the business as it was before launch. The call is the last scheduled public update from the publisher of Grand Theft Auto VI before the game arrives on November 19.

What Take-Two has already told investors

In its first quarter results for fiscal 2027, the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the company reported GAAP net revenue of $1,533.9 million and Net Bookings of $1,385.9 million. Chief executive Strauss Zelnick said then: "With these positive trends and excitement around the November 19th launch of Grand Theft Auto VI, we are reiterating our Fiscal 2027 Net Bookings outlook of $8.0 to $8.2 billion."

That release also carried the guidance Monday's numbers will be measured against. Take-Two told investors to expect Net Bookings of $1,620 million to $1,670 million for the September quarter, and a net loss per share of $0.84 to $0.75.

Pre-orders are an estimate, not a disclosure

Take-Two has not published a pre-order number for GTA 6. The figure in circulation comes from the research firm Sensor Tower, which estimated 7.71 million digital pre-orders worth $751 million in early November, about 5.74 million of them on PS5. Those are estimates of digital sales only, and neither Rockstar nor Take-Two has confirmed them.

Whether the company gives a figure of its own on Monday is up to it. Analysts' questions on the call are the usual place such numbers appear.

How to follow it
